GAP, Lead Architect, manager of architectural projects in the customer's structure in Ukrainian Development Partners (UDP)

Basic functions and tasks of the post:

• >>> Provision of BMR Prompt Documentation
• preparation of vehicles for the projection /Span> (from concept to working documentation); "FONT-WIGHT: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None"> Analysis and Collection of Output for Production. FONT-STYLE: NORMAL; "> Control of the work in a timely manner; Project;
• Analysis and approval of working drawings;
• Coordination of Subcontractors.

Requirements :

1. Education: Higher profile Technical education in the field of construction;
2. Experience: 3 years in the post of" Chief Architect ", from 2 years in the structure of the customer;
3. Knowledge: Principles of Designing Architectural, Landscape and Project Design, P Regulation of contractual relations; in Imog before design and tender design and tenders; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Skill: Achieving the set goal; to ohmular; in Realize with GP at BMR; n Landing of working time with contractors and colleagues; n Auto Cad/Archicad/Revit. Bim 360. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Personal qualities: and Notia, the ability to work in a team to achieve a goal, honesty, desire to improve professional skills, learn and assist colleagues, k Ohmukation - On Highlevel, negotiation skills, stress resistance.
4. Additional requirements :
   A list of implemented projects with a description of the performed functions; 
   portfolio;
