Job Description

Module Design -a young, professional, ambitious and successful company, which is growing and developing, bringing to life incredible projects in the field of design and production of "movable real estate", namely developing from scratch and manufacturing real masterpieces of modern architecture of various purposes (commercial/residential) in factory conditions, and which have advantages in short terms of implementation and mobility.

We invite you to cooperate with GAP on a permanent basis work in an office.

What is needed from you:

• professional higher education;
• valid Architect certificate;
• experience in organizing and managing the work of assistants.
• experience working with residential and commercial real estate;
• knowledge of programs ArchiCAD/ Revit, Lumion, Photoshop and others; 3DMax, Unreal engine will be an advantage.
• knowledge of DBN and European standards;
• knowledge of modern trends in design, modern decoration, building materials and construction technologies;
• good architectural taste;
• experience with production, construction and metal structures

What you will do:< /p>

• conducting analytics;
• development of concepts for the company's model range from single-story to multi-story buildings;
• organization, motivation and control of the work of architect-designers
• close work with the engineer and buyer, and other associates
• selection of a team for the implementation of entrusted projects, writing of technical specifications and distribution of responsibilities among the team;
• planning and full responsibility for timely performance of works;
• participation in negotiations with clients
• development of exterior and interior design projects of premises;
• checking specifications and estimates;
• project management from development to production and construction. Control of all processes (terms, quality, compliance with design documentation, etc.);
• search for subcontractors, conducting negotiations with them;
• selection of materials and equipment;
• provision full design cycle;
• author supervision
