Therefore, together with Head of Product Misha Penkov, we are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join the team. Your responsibility will be to lead the gamification direction of the flagship application, lead the development process and help the team achieve its goals. You will definitely be informed if you keep quiet: Work with product No. 1 in the niche. You will be able to conduct many experiments and see the real result of your work. Have a significant impact on the product, its strategy and results. You will develop and implement exciting gamafication features that will help retain users and increase their engagement. Together with the team, you will respond directly to requests, so that our users receive the best possible experience. Be part of an autonomous and fully cross-functional team of skilled specialists. You will be supported by Product Designer, iOS Developer, Android Developer, Backend Engineer, Product Analyst, UXWriter, QA, UXResearcher. Work with large data sets. We collect data on user behavior, constantly conduct qualitative and quantitative research. You can turn them into valuable insights for product development. What you need to do: Take responsibility for the development of your product direction. Set team goals, manage the roadmap of the product team, and communicate with stakeholders and teams. Fill the backlog, prioritize and conduct experiments to improve product performance based on analyzed data and research findings. Conduct competitor research, analyze markets and identify growth points to help the team improve user retention rates. Organize effective work processes in a team. What you need to join today: You have 2+ years in product IT. Or you have experience launching your own product. You understand the process of A/B testing and product optimization to achieve better results. You understand the goaldata analysis, product metrics and the use of data collection and interpretation tools (for example, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). You know how to independently plan the scope of work, have experience in independent decision-making and determination of the product backlog. Be result-oriented, not afraid to take responsibility and have an analytical mindset. English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2). Split command values ​​( SELECT ). It will be a plus: Experience in managing applications on iOS/Android platforms. Experience with mobile game products and/or experience in EdTech niche.
