Requirements:

— Deep understanding of Math Models Balance and User Experience;
— Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
— Excellent leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a multidisciplinary game development team;
— Creative thinker with keen attention to detail, able to assess and improve the artistic and technical quality of game elements;
— Strong communication skills, able to provide clear feedback and maintain effective collaboration among creative teams;
— Advanced knowledge of the iGaming industry, including the specifics of different markets, various player preferences, and certification requirements.

Your future responsibilities:

— Lead and manage the game development team through all phases of the development lifecycle;
— Coordinate and supervise the game development process, ensuring timely delivery of milestones;
— Define project goals, scope, and timelines in close collaboration with team leads;
— Oversee the budget, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency;
— Communicate and convey a clear vision of the product, its features, and visual elements. Ensure the quality of its implementation by guiding the team when necessary and providing the required documentation and references;
— Provide constructive feedback on artistic and technical quality, guiding the creative teams (animators, artists) to enhance visual elements;
— Facilitate effective communication across various departments, ensuring collaboration and cohesion;
— Identify risks and obstacles early in the process and work towards timely solutions;
— Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.
