Game Producer in AB Games

We invite you to the Game Producer team to work on a new project. The project is in the early stages of development - you will have a chance to show yourself on the project and in creating a game from scratch!

Your main tasks:

• Developing a project vision, project development planning (goals, priorities, growth points, etc.).< /li>
• Leading the project to financial success, including working with monetized and live ops product strategy (what will make the project successful and how will it grow, how will it be better than competitors' games).
• Product quality control (the final state of the product, which must meet the company's quality criteria, raise the criteria and set new trends on the market).
• Development and evaluation of concepts for new features, as well as for key graphics tasks .
• Analysis of project product metrics and features, planning and analysis of AB tests.
• Working with the product team and internal processes (together with the Product Manager).
• Mentoring and participation in the recruitment of the DG team.

Expected experience and skills:

• Experience in the development of mobile games from 3 years (advantage of working on casual games) in the position of Producer/Lead Game Designer.
• Ability to form a successful business model for the game.
• Understanding trends in the casual game market
• High level of verbal and written communication.
• Great gaming experience (including f2p games), understanding of the market mobile games.
• Creativity, independence, flexibility to feedback, ability to work with a team, position of owner.
