As a Game Producer, you will create and manage game development.
And also lead a team of creative professionals, building their inspiring ideas into stunning game worlds.

Responsibilities:

• Working on creating games, and managing priorities, and resources.
• Launching games on company brands and generating profit.
• Developing strategy and coordinating the game creation process.
• Managing the process of improving games and interface to ensure attractiveness for users.
• Compiling and analyzing reports on game performance, monetization, and user satisfaction, taking measures to improve performance.
• Organizing testing of game functions and mechanics, participating in the analysis of user feedback, and implementing improvements.
• Monitoring trends in the gaming industry, analyzing competitors, and proposing innovative ideas for improving products.
• Ensuring compliance with project deadlines and budget, managing risks and problems, taking measures to resolve them.
• Continuously training and developing professional skills in the field of game development and product management, with a desire for self-improvement and career growth.
• Participating in the selection of personnel for the team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in game development and management of gaming projects.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and resources to achieve project goals.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and coordination of the game creation process.
• Skills in managing the process of improving games and interface to attract users.
• Analytical abilities for compiling and analyzing reports on game performance, monetization, and user satisfaction.
• Experience in organizing testing of game functions and mechanics, analyzing user feedback, and implementing improvements.
• Understanding of current trends in the gaming industry, ability to analyze competitors and propose innovative ideas.
• Skills in managing project deadlines and budget compliance, ability to solve risks and problems.
