Role Description

As a  Game Producer , you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requirements are met and maintaining a strong day-to-day relationship. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of our cross-functional team, creating and managing tasks to keep projects on schedule. Your role will also involve resolving conflicts, building production plans and budgets, and making critical decisions that shape the course of our projects. Additionally, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, one-on-one meetings, salary reviews, performance evaluations, and team motivation.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of the game development product lifecycle and Agile workflow
• Strong technical or game design knowledge
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to
