Bachelor’s Degree inMathematics, Statistics, Economy, Engineering, Computer Science, Game Design orother related fields. Experience with slots— advantage. Understanding ofhow slot games work and how tomake game mechanics within desired game parameters (RTP, volatility, etc). Knowledge ofone ofthe high level programming languages such asC#, C++, Java, Python, etc. Senior inMicrosoft Excel. Creative thinking and strong analytical skills. Interest ingames both from adesigner and player perspective. Ability towork inacreative and collaborative environment. Ability tomultitask, work onmultiple games concurrently and deal with changing requirements. English— Intermediate+. Would benice tohave: Ability tolook atgames from players’ point ofview. Self-organization, ability toprioritize tasks. Understand successful elements ofslot games. Develop and explore innovative functionality ofslot games. Contribute original ideas tothe game logic and game design team. Responsibilities : Create mathematical models for games. Discuss and participate inbrainstorming sessions for game ideas and game features. Model and tune mathematical models using Excel. Create quick prototypes totest game flow and game balancing. Test and verify accuracy ofmathematical models via simulations. Analyze user feedback and game statistics and adjust the mathematical model and game design accordingly. Assist ingame development process, engaging the team and resolving issues. Support Game Producers tune the game concepts. Work closely and collaborate with Game Designers, Software Developers, Art Directors, and Producers toproduce quality games. Troubleshooting with engineers ontechnical implementation ofmathematical models.
