We are looking for an active, innovative, experienced Game Manager to take our product to the new level.

About the role:
As a Game Manager you will be responsible for: overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing management of a game or series of games. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the game meets quality standards, managing in-game events and updates, and analyzing player data to drive engagement and retention. The Game Manager will work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and customer support to deliver a compelling and seamless gaming experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years + proven experience in game management, game production, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of game development processes and project management.
• Experience in market research for TOP industry trends;
• Experience cooperation with providers;
• Proficiency in game analytics and data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Experience with back office tech tools such as: CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau;
• English — B1;

Responsibilities:

Game Development Oversight:

• Coordinate with development teams to ensure the game is progressing according to plan.
• Monitor the game development timeline and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide feedback and direction on game design, mechanics, and features.

Launch and Live Operations:

• Plan and execute the launch of new games or updates.
• Manage in-game events, promotions, and updates to keep the game engaging.
• Monitor game performance and player feedback to make continuous improvements.

Player Engagement and Retention:

• Analyze player data to understand behavior, preferences, and engagement levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase player retention and satisfaction.
• Create and manage community engagement initiatives to foster a loyal player base.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with Marketing team to promote the game and attract new players.
• Coordinate with customer support to address player issues and feedback.
• Ensure alignment between game design, development, and business goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure the game meets high standards.
• Identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and other technical issues.
• Conduct regular playtesting and gather feedback to enhance the gaming experience.

Monetization and Revenue Management:

• Develop and manage in-game monetization strategies, including microtransactions and subscriptions.
• Monitor revenue performance and optimize monetization tactics.
• Ensure a balance between player experience and revenue generation.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on game performance, player metrics, and revenue.
• Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
