Our expectations from candidates: experience working with Unity and the presence of implemented projects; ability to work in Assana; experience in managing a project team, ability to clearly convey your thoughts to all team members, control the execution of TK and receive feedback. What needs to be done (Duties): market analysis and finding a niche; idea generation, the ability to convey it to the team; game system design and mechanics; prototyping, presentation and supervision of game mechanics to the release state; maintaining technical documentation and documentation for developers; releasing projects in the genre of casual, hybrid casual mobile games; the ability to build levels; team management and mentoring.
