We cooperate with the leaders of the gaming industry, participate in the creation of world-class projects and continue to replenish our talented team.Join our team of like-minded people who are passionate about a common goal and love for games as a Game Designer and take your career to the next level!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine game mechanics, ensuring they align with the project’s vision and goals;Collaborate with the Product Owner, art, programming, and QA teams to ensure that game designs are executed with high quality;Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other designers to bring game concepts to life;Analyze and incorporate feedback from playtests, peers, and the community;Contribute to the game's story and world-building efforts;Ensure game balance and fairness for competitive play;Stay current with industry trends and developments and incorporate these into game designs.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in game design, preferably in the 4X or RTS genres;Strong understanding of turn-based mechanics, pacing, player dynamics, and balance;Proficiency in game design tools and software;Ability to design and implement game systems;Ability to clearly communicate one's thoughts to all team members, to accept feedback;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments;Passion for games and a commitment to delivering high-quality game experiences to players;Upper-intermediate level of English.Will Be a PlusExperience with PC, mobile, and console game development;Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine;A portfolio of previous game projects.
