Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative Game Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for concept creation, gameplay mechanics and level design, providing players with immersive and innovative experiences. This position is ideal for someone looking to get involved in building and establishing a new gaming company from scratch.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of gameplay concepts and mechanics
• Level design and content development

• Collaborating with artists, programmers and other team members to implement game ideas
• Testing and balancing gameplay
• Analyzing player feedback and making appropriate changes

• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the field of game design

Qualifications:

• Experience in the position of Game Designer or similar
• Deep understanding of game mechanics and level design
• Ability to create documentation of gameplay and concepts
• Experience with game engines (preferably Unreal Engine)
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Passion for video games and game design
