Requirements — Minimum two years of experience in the Gamedev;
— Experience working on live projects, at least one shipped project;
— Experience in balancing and designing game systems in projects;
— Good math skills;
— Understanding of typical game mechanics;
— Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and convincingly;
— Analytical mindset.
Responsibilities — Create and manage game design documents (GDD);
— Collaborate with international teams to determine the overall direction of game design;
— Leading the design process from concept to completion;
— Design and optimize game systems, game balance, and user experience elements;
— Implement improvements based on game feedback and test results;
— Propose innovative game designs using the latest technologies and trends.
