For you - ideas and their implementation, for us - a cool team and a limitless field for self-realization. You will be engaged in: 🔸 development of game concepts and creation of gameplay mechanics; 🔸 improving monetization (one of the priority tasks); 🔸 generation of new ideas and analysis of current functionality; 🔸 development of game levels of scenarios; 🔸 writing and maintaining game documentation; 🔸 increasing the involvement of players; 🔸 working as an analyst. We expect from you: 🔸 2+ years of Game Designer experience; 🔸 experience of working on games with a large audience, released in the App Store/ Google Play; 🔸experience in improving monetization; 🔸 a deep understanding of the main game mechanics and methods of their implementation; 🔸understanding analytics metrics like Retention, DAU, ARPU, ARPDAU, LTV; 🔸 working skills with Unity; 🔸 crazy interest in games and relevant experience.
