Game Analyst in AB Games

We are inviting a Game Analyst to join our team to work on a new exciting casual cartoonish project that combines elements of drama, humor, fandom and location reconstruction.

We are looking for a game analyst who is passionate about games and ready to dive into our game. This position involves the formation of hypotheses based on data, experience and own gaming feelings, as well as their further verification.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position, necessarily in a game development
• active immersion in casual games
• knowledge and practical application of player behavior analysis tools
• experience working with analytical platforms
• experience working with MMP (AppsFlyer, Singular)
• experience conducting A/B tests. Namely:
• 
  
  • formation of hypotheses
  • proposals for conducting A/B tests to achieve the required KPIs
  • calculation of the audience and time to obtain results
  • analysis and visualization of A/B results with a proposal which result should be accepted and why
• knowledge and practical use of key game metrics;
• proficiency in Excel and SQL
• knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• analytical thinking and strong information structuring skills
• ability to explain complex concepts clearly and comprehensibly
• experience with data visualization tools.

Tasks:

• formation of analytical strategy and KPI-framework of the project: initiate analytical research, generate and promote ideas based on data, conduct regular reviews of metrics
• build the analytical infrastructure of the project: define and implement a stack of analytical tools, configure dashboard systems
• form and improve economics and monetization of the project
• evaluation of features, tests and changes based on data
• monitoring of the market and best practices in the genre; working with game designers to achieve the desired indicators.
