Job description:

We, an innovative company in the field of furniture production, are looking for a talented Designer / Project manager to manage furniture development and production projects. This role combines the creativity of a designer and the organizational skills of a project manager to ensure the successful implementation of design ideas into the production process.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients: Holding meetings with clients to determine their needs, presenting design projects and making adjustments.
• Design development: Creating unique and functional furniture designs according to the client's requirements.
• Project management: Coordination of all stages of the project — from concept to final product, in compliance with deadlines and budget.
• Collaboration with the team: Work closely with production departments, material suppliers and contractors to ensure the implementation of design solutions.
• Quality control: Ensuring compliance of finished products to high standards quality and design ideas.
• Financial control: Management of project budgets, cost control and optimization of resources.
• Problem solving: Fast responding to any problems arising in the process of production and design implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position project manager or designer in the field of furniture production.
• Excellent knowledge of modern trends in the design of furniture and materials.
• Knowledge of programs for creating design projects (PRO100, BAZYS meblevyk, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, others).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with clients and the ability to effectively present your ideas.
• Financial management and cost control skills.
