Duties: reception, processing, launch and management of orders, preparation of necessary documents related to products manufactured for customers, calculations of furniture costs. registration of commercial offers; preparation of the design project. preparation of schematic drawings, sketches for the customer. work in 1C, opening of orders, entering correct and up-to-date information into the program for launching orders into production. agreement with the customer of materials, fittings. processing and support of current orders, accounting for calculations. control of deadlines. Requirements: work experience of 2 years or more (furniture). higher specialized education in the field of design, engineering, architecture. skills in working in Arhicad or such programs as: Autocad, SketchUP. Microsoft Excel, Word, e-mail, 1C. Personal competencies : Sociability, friendliness, a high level of attention distribution, initiative, the ability to identify the needs of the client, a high level of responsibility, stress resistance, the ability to learn.
