Fundraiser, charity fund development manager in Children's Future

A charitable foundation in the field of education is looking for a specialist in development and fundraising. The Foundation's mission is to revolutionize the educational landscape of Ukraine with the help of digital technologies. During the war, the foundation helps children who suffered from Russian aggression to receive quality education. Our reference point is cool projects of a national scale and rapid development of innovative cases. Responsibilities: Active search for potential donors and sources of funding for fund projects; Negotiations with potential donors from Ukraine and abroad; Monitoring grant competitions from open sources and organization of writing grant applications; Organization of crowdfunding campaigns to attract funding for charity projects from individuals; Building a network of external agents of the Fund to attract financing. Requirements: mandatory work experience in attracting financing in non-profit organizations or in the field of corporate sales in the commercial sector; knowledge of the English language for written and oral communication at a level of at least B2; understanding the specifics of the charitable organization's work; ability to form grant proposals, develop sponsorship participation formats; presentation skills and negotiation skills; good business communication skills; work experience in (or with) international donor organizations will be an advantage; the presence of a contact base of international and Ukrainian organizations engaged in charity will be an advantage; work experience in the field of education will be an advantage.
