Overview The 228th Logistics Battalion is the first logistics battalion in the Ground Forces, created on the model of the corresponding NATO units to provide a significant number of combat brigades on the line of contact with the enemy. The battalion's daily task is to efficiently and quickly receive, unload, and organize the logistics of important cargo for the front line: fuel, ammunition, and food. The battalion also carries out the task of evacuating damaged equipment and weapons from the battlefield, restoring them and returning them to service. The quality performance of combat tasks and the success of offensive and defensive operations of combat brigades and battalions directly depend on the efficiency and speed of the unit's work. For greater efficiency, safety and speed of work, the unit involves all possible sources of assistance, in particular, fundraising. Responsibilities of attracting partnership assistance and conducting negotiations with potential donors from Ukraine and abroad, participation in the creation and improvement of the fundraising strategy for the division, organization of the fundraising process in cooperation with the partnership management and marketing team, communication with existing partners, preparation of letters, presentations, proposals , reporting, creating and maintaining a database of partner contacts in the CRM system, making outbound calls and writing letters, building long-term partner relationships, generating ideas/strategies/sources for attracting investments Requirements: higher education, work experience in the field of attracting partners from 1 year, high communication skills, negotiation skills successful experience of working with donors and partners, the ability to write letters and speak competently, analytical and organizational skills, responsibility, initiative, attention to detail, experience in project management will be an advantage, knowledge of English at a level sufficient for free communication (if necessary) Conditions mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service, the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander, financial support in accordance with the norms of current legislation, a professional team with which changes and improvements to the system of support of the Ukrainian army are implemented, support for the initiative and implementation of creative ideas, work throughout Ukraine.
