Auditor for the funds of the Western District

Functional:

• Analysis, verification of Service Notes to funds in the district (analysis of turnover, sums, points, correctness of filling, etc.) Refrigeration equipment
• Reports on funds (on request)
• Distribution of information on funds, bonuses (once a month), payment schedule (weekly), etc.
• Reconciliation and provision of information on the state of the EFC in the district
• Compilation and provision of fin. reports in electronic form for the past month (aggregated by district, once a month)

Requirements:

• Attention, responsibility , punctuality
• Ability to work with a large amount of data
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (obligatory knowledge of pivot tables, formulas of VPR, IFLS, SUMMESLY, etc.) , Word
• It is desirable to be able to work in programs: 1C, SAP, Direktum
