In your work, you will encounter:
—Lead generation;
— Recruiting;
— SMM;
— Organization of internal and external events;
—and other tasks for a real manager.

What we do here:

— develop complex web systems for Western markets (US, UK and EU) on Drupal;
—we work mainly with agencies and businesses that do design/marketing, but we do our own programming;
—we value maximum self-organization.

What you will have to do:

— look for potential B2B clients on specialized platforms;
— communicate with them by text (in the future call);
— to maintain a CRM system ("paper work", but without paper);
— communicate with potential candidates for our team;
— solve work issues in the life of the team (arrange a call, agree on a vacation);
—change dynamically depending on the situation (it happens that you are in sales until 12 in the morning, then had lunch and went to onboard a new developer);
- organize events (do you know what #DrupalCafeLutsk is? No? It's time to google it).

What you need to know for this:

- write in English so that you are not corrected (the level is a formality, pass the text without mistakes);
- be able to express thoughts in writing (95% of the time - correspondence, and only 5% - voice communication);
— search for information on the Internet (Witnesses of the Second Page of Google are an advantage);
- to be able to plan your time without wasting the time of others;
- to sit at the computer for 8 hours and not howl like a wolf.

It will be a plus:

Be able to work with digital tools including yet not limited to: Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, Calendar), Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Redmine, browser applications.
