Fullstack Lead Developer with Scala in Scalac

We're looking for a Lead Developer  with expertise in Scala (Play framework, Slick, PostgreSQL) , and  TypeScript (React, Webpack).  You should have a strong background in building scalable web applications and a passion for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software. Knowledge of Rust is a bonus, as some services are written in Rust.

• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Scala and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Play Framework, Slick, and PostgreSQL
• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Webpack
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additionally: 


• Knowledge of Rust and experience with services written in Rust
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (we're moving to AWS)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
