YELK is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Fullstack JavaScript Shopify App Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing custom Shopify apps and themes using Node.js and React, collaborating with our design and development team to implement innovative solutions, and contributing to the scaling of our Shopify SaaS product. If you have over 5 years of experience in fullstack development and a passion for creating exceptional eCommerce experiences, we would love to hear from you.

— Develop and maintain custom Shopify apps using Node.js and React.

— Work on Shopify theme development and customization.

— Collaborate with our design and development team to implement innovative solutions for our clients.

— Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

— Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

— Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

— Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

— Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

— Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and knowledge.

— Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

— Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fullstack development with Node.js and React.

— Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

— Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

— Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

— Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

— Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

— Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

— A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
— Intermediate or higher English proficiency for effective verbal and written communication.

Soft Skills:

— Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

— High level of responsibility and accountability.

— Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

— Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

— Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Would be a plus:

— Experience with Shopify’s Polaris design system.

— Knowledge of serverless architecture.

— Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

— Experience with other eCommerce platforms and technologies.
