- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development, including TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MobX, and Fastify.
- Experience or solid knowledge in cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
