We are currently seeking a seasoned and proactive hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding design efforts, developing new features, and making critical project decisions. The perfect candidate is a creative problem solver who values smart and effective solutions and designs, enjoys sharing their work and receiving feedback, and thrives on challenges to identify the optimal path for both the product and the team.
- 10 years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React
- 2+ years experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience in delivering and large-scale robust available SaaS application
- Experience in leading the design and execution of several developers, conducting design reviews, code reviews and test reviews
- Proven experience in end-to-end feature life cycle ownership from product requirements to architecture and design to development and testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- BSc computer science education
- Experience developing using Python
