We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our new 4-months project with the possibility of extension to a  long-term cooperation (1+ year).

About The Project

СouplrAI is the world’s first AI driven data science client matching solution for Wealth Management firms, Asset Managers, Insurance BDs, WireHouses, Large RIAs, Organizations and Financial Advisors.

Project Team:

• DevOps
• Technical Project Manager
• Middle Full-Stack Developer
• Product Manager
• Fractional CTO

Role Responsibilities 👨‍💻

• Design and develop user interfaces (UIs) using React.js and Node.js
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Work with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the project.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 🤓

• Proficient in React.js and Node.js (3+ years of experience)
• Experience with Next.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features and best practices
• Experience with Prisma and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with relational database concepts
• Experience with writing clean, maintainable, code adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills (English B2+)
• Strong communication skills overall: The ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Django framework
• Experience with OpenAI API

Interview Stages:

• Intro call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
• Technical + PM Interview (90 minutes)
• Final Hiring Call (optional)
