- 3+ years of experience developing and deploying Python web applications
- Understanding of Django Web Framework (DRF)
- Commercial experience with ReactJS
- Experience working with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
- English: Upper-Intermediate+

Will be a plus

- Experience with Docker
- Experience with CI/CD: We use GitLab CI/CD
—Ability to work and learn independently and in a team
—Experience scaling and optimizing software services
—Experience developing and maintaining high-volume software services

—Code review
—Participate in regular team meetings. We have regular weekly meetings
- Communicate directly with clients and actively participate in high-level project discussions
- Help us improve management and development processes instantly
- Adhere to internal management processes

About the project

SoftFormance is mainly focused on SaaS (software as a service) web applications development.

Some of them are startups where we help our clients build and launch MVP versions fast. Others are long-term running SaaS businesses.

So you'll have an opportunity to work on multiple shorter projects as well as go deeper into long-term engagement with challenging and high-loaded web applications.

Most of our SaaS clients are coming from the US and Western Europe.
