We are looking for a developer to join our team!

Each developer at Djinni is an "independent unit" - back+front, who acts as the owner of the technical part of the task and works together with a designer or analyst. Instead of "dailies", "sinks" and agile poker, we offer the opportunity to make cool features for our users.

Our stack:

Python3/Django4, PostgreSQL, Jinja2, htmx, Bootstrap 4/5, Docker, Redis, Linux.

• Control questions (quiz) for vacancies
• Sort reviews by relevance
• New salaries page
• Push notifications for recruiter inbox
• Matching by salary, experience and English level

How we work:

1/ We do not have a manager and sprints - but tasks and projects have an owner , who is responsible for the result and status of the update.

2/ Each developer in the team is a "full stack" - can do the entire technical part - back and front, in tandem with a designer or analyst . Most have their "favorite" part of the project, which they know better than others, offer their ideas, etc.

3/ Two team calls per week - all-hands and retro on friday. There are no daily stand-ups, there is check-in for tasks in Slack.

4/ We are working on the remote. We do not track working hours, but we track results. Communication – Slack, Trello, Loom, Notion.

5/ Lots of feedback and communication with users. Dev chat, Nolt, on duty in Intercom.
