For the development of the next generation of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and HAD (Highly Automated Driving) functions for a major German car maker, we are looking for talented Java developer.

Join our team of enthusiastic and experienced software developers and develop software for an entire driver assistance area of future vehicles. Develop challenging features that will be used on a daily basis by millions of drivers once the next generation of vehicles hits the roads starting 2025.

Responsibilities

Software Development, Participating in scrum events, Product Demonstration to the customers

A custom, web-based Tool for Labelling activities (AD) tool must be adapted and further developed for reference data use cases with low volumes or too much automation and use cases that require manual corrections. In addition to the functional extensions, the focus is also on porting the existing solution to the cloud.

Main responsibilities:

Working closely with the customers and leading technical topics

Analyzing the requirements, creating road maps and sharing the workload among team members

Present the POC and MVP outcomes to customers

Providing application/system-based consultancy to customers and other Stakeholders

Propose solutions to existing incidents and presenting them with other parties

Give consultancy to customer on operational tasks such as deployment, data manipulations/corrections

Participation in the different framework migration of the existing code base, version upgrades and cloud adaptation from on-premises solutions.

Participation in peer reviews to ensure deliver quality code

Description

Knowledge on Java 17, Spring Boot and Micro Service architecture

Knowledge on Typescript and Angular 11+

Proficiency in Unit and Integration testing

Knowledge and experience on CI/CD.

Experience with data intensity applications and handle complex data structures

Proficient in steering technical discussions with the Customer and within the team, propose solutions, improvements and best practices

Will to learn new technologies that might not be part of his/her stack
