On behalf with our customer we are seeking a talented Software Engineer to take on the responsibility of end-to-end development for our innovative life-saving platform.

Here’s what you’ll be working on

• Develop an emergency 911 eco-system
• Design, develop and maintain highly resilient services with fault-tolerant and self-healing functionalities
• Build modern, complex Web Apps and UI components.
• Develop our solution across global regions to provide any person in the world the ability to contact emergency services as quickly and effectively as possible
• Enable Carbyne’s business growth by opening up the system to business partners
• Explore opportunities to apply AI technologies to 911 emergency communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Frontend development with Angular
• Experience with modern backend practices in a microservices environment
• Scala experience is a bonus, but proficiency in any backend technology is acceptable
• Previous experience in developing sophisticated web applications is a must
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based development, especially AWS
• Skilled in creating RESTful APIs
• Proactive “can-do” attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with WebSockets is beneficial
