Full-Stack Engineer in Temy

We are looking for a Full-Stack (React.js+Node.js) Engineer for a startup from Israel. 

The product is a platform for optimizing the employment process. The main goal is to reduce staff turnover in the service sector and provide employees with the opportunity to work in different companies with a convenient schedule. The team will develop from the ground up. Two parts of the product are planned. A B2B product where businesses will be able to post jobs, provide co-working and hire employees on an hourly basis. The B2C product will be aimed at users so that they can view work options and post vacancies for employers.

The main functions will include: a calendar for planning the work schedule, tracking planned events, viewing the terms of cooperation, and there will be the ability to independently choose companies. 

The company was founded in 2024year and focuses on the US market.This is a new customer for us. We are looking for a Full-Stack developer.

Requirements:

• < strong>2+ years experience with React.JS
• 1+ years experience with Node.JS
• Next.JS
• TypeScript
• Postgres ORM
• English Upper-Intermediate and above

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working in a Start-Up in the early development stages
