We are an experienced e-commerce company with its own brands, a dozen online stores and strong operational processes.
And now we are actively developing our own IT department.

We are creating anIT service for marketing on marketplaces — analytics, automation, product positions, competitors, self-purchases, advertising statistics, tracking business indicators and other tools for sellers.

This is a product that really changes the market.

We have a small but very strong IT team -so far only 2 developers.
So this is an ideal time to enter:
you come at an early stage, when the company already has stability, but there is still a lot of freedom, influence and opportunities to grow.

Plus we have already started the development of a second IT product, so the work is complex, interesting and ambitious - a lot.

Your tasks:

• Deal with the existing code and architecture, understand the logic of the system.

• Test functionality, catch and fix bugs.

• Maintain the stability of the service, monitor its performance.

• Develop new features, propose optimizations.

• Participate in new product development.

• Write code without dependence on ChatGPT — with a real understanding of processes.

Hard Skills:

• HTML, CSS, SCSS, JS, TS

• React (React Router, Redux Toolkit)

Telegram bots

Soft Skills:

• Independence and responsibilityt

• Attention to details

• Analytical and systemic thinking

• Willingness to be proactive

• Comfort in small teams (where your contribution is really visible)

Work format:

• 100% remote, although you can come and work in the office in the center of Kyiv

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00, all communication in TG and in MIT

• The salary level is decent and transparent

• Mandatory regular increase in salary and role

• Opportunity to grow to Senior, Lead, Architect depending on your ambition and speed of development
