We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Python and PHP to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a Junior or  mid-level developer looking to grow their career in a collaborative and innovative environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Schedule :

Mon — Fri, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (Flexible start time, earliest 8 AM). The shifts are according to the New York time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance web applications using Python and PHP.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Improve existing applications for better performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Regularly monitor applications and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into development work.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software as necessary.
• Assist team members with development inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and PHP.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required.
• Fluency in Russian.
• Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with Bitrix24 Self-hosted is beneficial.
