We are seeking a driven and talented Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will participate in all phases of software development, from concept through deployment. You will be working on developing an AI-driven SaaS platform that automates the strategic planning process.

Responsibilities:

— Design, develop, and deploy responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
— Collaborate with designers and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
— Implement scalable and efficient server-side logic and database schemas to support application functionality.
— Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
— Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold code quality standards.
— Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure timely resolution.
— Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
— Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and coordinate project activities.

Requirements:

— Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
— Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer
— Proficiency in front-end technologies (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end technologies (Python, SQL), including frameworks like Django.
— Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native software applications using test-driven development.
— Proven experience leading code reviews and managing testing and debugging processes.
— Strong understanding of software architectures and security for SAAS applications.
— Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle, user experience, and UI aesthetics.
— Expertise in Python and strong knowledge of database structures and API integration.
— Experience with Google Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
— Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
— Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
— Proficiency in English
