Full-stack Developer (Django/React) in Devico

We are looking for a motivated and talented Full-stack Developer with commercial experience of at least 4 + years to join to our team on a full-time basis.Our company is at the forefront of innovative web development, committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance user experiences.About project:Our project involves developing software tailored for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, based in Europe. This software enables organizations to effectively monitor, analyze, and improve their ESG performance, facilitating compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing transparency, and driving sustainability initiatives.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable features using Django and React.- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.- Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion within specified timelines.Requirements:- Extensive experience with Django and React frameworks.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related libraries (e.g., Redux).- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.- Solid grasp of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.Would be a plus:- Experience with ESG or sustainability-related projects.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools.- Understanding of security best practices in web application development.We offer:- Remote work;- Flexible schedule and ability to manage your working hours;- Competitive salary;- Working in a team of skilled and experienced specialists;- Opportunities for professional development.
