Full Stack Developer in Respect.Studio

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing both the backend and frontend components of the SaaS application. 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve existing functionality, implement new features, and ensure the seamless integration of our platform with external systems.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience developing web applications with PHP (Laravel) for back end and React (with Ant library) for front end.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational database systems, with experience designing and optimizing database schemas and queries;
• Familiarity with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, and experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments;
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable codebases;
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies;
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Amazon ECS, EKS) is a plus;
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools, such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar solutions is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs;
• English intermediate level;
• Marketing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel) to support the core functionalities of our marketing automation platform;
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React with the Ant library, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience;
• Optimize application performance and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues as they arise;
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of our platform and facilitate seamless data exchange;
• Maintain and monitor server infrastructure on AWS, including provisioning and configuring EC2 instances;

• Monitor system logs and metrics, implement monitoring and alerting solutions (when needed), and respond to incidents and alerts in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate potential risks.
