THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack developer with passion for building automation scripts to further build our set of internal tools. You will architect and develop our core internal systems, understand and predict user interactions and create well-written code, based on the business needs. You will work closely with other developers and QA testers, using the Agile methodology and a quality-first approach.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5+ years of commercial experience building publicly available websites
• 3+ years of experience using JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS
• Up-to-date with the latest UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and able to adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

HOW DO WE WORK?

We are a distributed team of more than 90 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
