About the Role/Project/Team

As a Core Mobile Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the product quality, architecture, and software engineering best practices. You’ll be part of the core scrum team responsible for building and maintaining the robust mobile ecosystem of our ticket booking system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Ensure that mobile apps are responsive and provide an excellent user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain reusable React components.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the mobile application.
• Optimize app performance for different devices and screen sizes.
• Prepare and publish mobile apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with other developers on the team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
• Collaborate on project planning and provide technical insights.
• Stay updated with the latest React Native and mobile app development trends and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Propose effective solutions to challenges in the development process.
• Implement security best practices to protect user data and the application.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with React Native / React Native Web;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Knowledge of native development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio;
• Restful API;
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence to work with documentation and project management flows;
• Experience with GIT;
• At least Pre-Intermediate level of English (fluent English for reading and writing documentation and learn);
• Experience with Figma;

Preferred qualifications (nice-to-haves):

• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or similar;
• Deployed the application on Google Play and App Store;
• Native mobile development experience;
• Be able to set up and handle push notifications with Firebase;
• Third-party integration (Facebook, Google, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of unit tests;
• Experience with Next.js framework;
• Experience with the Tailwind CSS framework;
