About the Role:

We seek an experienced and highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team for a DeFi and social networking project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS and a deep understanding of Web3 applications and DeFi frontend development.

Location: Remote

Project Duration: 3-6 months

Industry: Cryptocurrency Marketplace & Social Networking

Key Responsibilities:

—Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development Teams, and QA Engineers to ensure project success.

— UI Development: HTML5/CSS3 (SCSS, LESS) to develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces that adhere to design specifications.

—Web3 Integration: Understand and implement interactions with Solidity contracts, including function calls, property retrieval, and transaction status checks using Ethers.js.

—Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews, providing and accepting constructive feedback to foster a collaborative development environment.

—Project Initiation: Lead and contribute to projects from inception, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery.

—Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges and optimise project outcomes.

Qualifications:

—Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.

—Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML5/CSS3 (SCSS, LESS) with solid experience in developing responsive UIs.

—Frameworks & Tools: Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

—DeFi & Web3: Experience in DeFi frontend development and a strong understanding of Web3 application flows are pluses.

—Blockchain Interaction: Experience interacting with blockchain technologies, including Solidity contracts and Ethers.js is a plus.

— From Scratch: Experience making projects from scratch.

—Communication Skills: Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English.

—Team Dynamics: Comfortable working in a team, open to giving and receiving feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
