That is, a young, although over 150-person IT company from Bonn, Hamburg and Białystok. Our Polish-German teams work on many interesting projects. Our clients include technology companies, corporations, startups, universities, hospitals and local governments. Among them, one of the largest companies in Europe. We communicate primarily in English, we work with Java (always the latest!), Spring, Docker, cloud and many other technologies on the backend. Where a frontend is needed, we use React. We believe that testing should be given as much attention as writing code, but we don't like doing it ourselves, so we automate everything - we don't have a single manual tester in the entire company! All of them, including CEO Jobst, are programmers. At cronn, we know how to effectively combine studies and work - we include IT students. We know, and not only remember, what it is like during sessions and tests. We also use our experience in this area by cooperating with the Białystok University of Technology as part of the Program Councils and Entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Computer Science. At cronn we also understand parents, we are parents ourselves. We know that each of us needs a break from children. That's why in our office you won't get a billion questions per minute, but you will hear your own thoughts and drink warm coffee in peace. Time for work is also provided! We also know that there are situations when we have to stay with the child and transport our wagon to the project - this is also possible. At cronn, we have always worked in a hybrid way, even before it became fashionable. Therefore, we do not need to implement rules that facilitate healthy cooperation between work and life. Not only do we program, but we also develop ourselves during training and conferences abroad (including those under palm trees!), and we have fun together at events that connect all our branches. We played bowling, flew motor gliders, rode rollercoasters, visited the water park, cooked together and did many other cool things. We all value being together in the office - there is no place for a dress code, there are comfortable places to work, but also a place to rest and relax. We work stationary, using remote work when it is really necessary. To make the time we spend in the office as pleasant and effective as possible, the cronn office in Białystok offers: the best coffee, craft drinks ;) free parking for cars and bicycles, billiards, table football, mini-gym and relaxation space, weekly craft waffles! We are not a company that hires our employees to perform tasks in other companies. So we hire for the company, not for projects.
