💬 Hello! We are Uptech, an international software development company working with startups and well-known businesses from the USA and Europe. Products and ideas inspire us, so we build them ourselves and help our customers launch projects that positively impact people's lives.

In seven years we have created more than 150 products including Dollar-Shave Club, Goat and Aspiration. Our RnD team launched 7 successful startups, among them: Plai, Sommo, Dyvo and Rozmova.

Future tasks:

• Participate in the creation of the architecture of the entire application or its separate part;
• Work on the gradual improvement of product quality with the help of continuous refactoring and testing;
• Cooperate with the team to develop and create new functionality and improve the existing one;
• Participate in various meetings with clients and the team;
• Write quality documentation;
• Participate in the code review process;
• Directly affect the final product.

Expectations from candidates for the role:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of Front-End Engineer;
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• 2+ years of commercial experience with React and Next.js;
• You know how the web works and understand the operation of the browser;
• You have experience working with state managers (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, Valtio, XState);
• You have experience in optimizing and adjusting the speed of web applications;
• You have solid semantic and valid markup skills
• You have good communication skills and can work in a team;
• Experience in creating projects or the main functionality of the application from scratch;
• You speak English at the Upper Intermediate level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with React/TanStack Query or with SWR;
• Experience with App Router in Next.js;
• Experience with Figma or Zeplin;
• Experience in improving the accessibility of web applications;
• Attention to detail.
