About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Team/Tech Leader to join our engineering team and lead our front-end development efforts. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our front-end architecture, processes, and methodologies. You will be responsible for rebuilding and guiding our front-end team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who values smart and effective solutions and designs, enjoys sharing their work and receiving feedback, and thrives on challenges to identify the optimal path for both the product and the team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of leading and managing front-end teams.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React, including its ecosystem and related technologies.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks and tools.
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, or similar.
- Experience in leading the design and execution of projects with multiple developers, including conducting design reviews, code reviews, and test reviews.
- Proven experience in end-to-end feature lifecycle ownership, from product requirements to architecture and design, development, and testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Angular
