Front-End SFCC Developer

Vilmate is looking for experienced Front-End SFCC developers to join to our team and will work on a project for a leader in the greeting card industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and improve the SFCC application.
• Implement new features and capabilities based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented JavaScript code.
• Develop and maintain APIs to support integration and data flows between systems.
• Provide responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement and optimize interface performance.
• Develop server logic and workflows using SFCC scripts.
• Manage data structures and ensure platform data integrity.
• Implement and maintain custom tasks and processes in SFCC.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing and performance testing to ensure code quality.

Required skills:

• Proven experience (3 years) in development with a focus on e-commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• High level of knowledge of JavaScript , HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks/libraries ( React ).
• Knowledge of version control systems (eg Git), CI/CD pipelines and agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-intermediate level or higher.

As a plus:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Availability of Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (eg SFCC Developer, SFCC Architect).
