Front-end Developer in WinTech

About the roleWe are looking for a diligent and highly skilled Front-end Developer to join our web development team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient developer having in-depth experience with Next JS, Next UI, Tailwind CSS, along with a strong understanding of project architecture that ensures project scalability.Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-performing and scalable websites (Sales funnels) using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.- Plan the structure and architecture of web applications to ensure scalability and performance optimization.- Collaborate with the design team to turn visions into functional, attractive, and user-friendly web platforms.- Monitor and improve front-end performance, documenting application changes and development updates.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement mobile-responsive design.- Deploy and manage websites on Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms.- Leverage the capabilities of Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS to enhance website performance and user experience.- Communicate effectively with the team regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.Requirements/must-haves- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.- Minimum 1 year of experience in working with Node JS.- Experience with platforms like Vercel or Netlify for website deployment.Strong understanding of web project architecture for improving scalability.- Demonstrated experience in developing high-performance websites using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- An extensive understanding of website speed and performance optimization.Benefits- Flexible, remote working environment- Laptop and equipment for your needs- High talent densityLife at WinTech DigitalAt WinTech Digital, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team passionate about excellence and being industry leaders.
