Freelance Recruiter / Sourcer remotely online in Moriss-Coffi

We are looking for a freelance recruiter / sourcer for a partnership format of cooperation.
It can be combined with the main job - you manage the workload yourself.

We already have: candidate portrait, conditions, invitation texts and a clear transfer process. Your focus is attracting candidates. Then the candidates are picked up by the coach and conduct the internship.

Tasks

• Finding candidates for the ready-made portrait

• Initial check according to the checklist (minimum)

• Transferring the contact of the candidate in Telegram

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting / sourcing 

• The ability to quickly find people through different channels

• Adequate communication, responsibility, systematicity

Terms

• Freelance / can be combined with the main job

• Payment for the candidate brought (all details in the offer will send)
