You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both IT and non-IT, based on the specific requirements provided by our clients.Key Responsibilities: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidateEffectively communicate with our internal recruitersCoordinate and schedule interviews. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and prepare the CV with our template. Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates. Requirements:Experience as a recruiter or sourer preferably in both IT and non-IT fields. Experience in global recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment, sourcing tools, and software.
