We, Boosta, are an international IT company with a portfolio of many successful products, performance marketing projects and our own investment fund. Burner Foundation. Boosta was founded in 2014 and has since grown to 600+ members. We are actively developing and creating cool career opportunities for our specialists!

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter who will create a large pool of experienced writers from which our clients will be able to choose the most qualified people for their projects.

• Screening of new candidates:

1. Verification of English test results.
2. Evaluation of their writing abilities by reviewing the test tasks for compliance with the instructions , grammar, AI and plagiarism.
3. Checking documents to make sure that the hired person is a natural person.

• Approving or rejecting applications of new writers.
• Phone calls to candidates for verification (if necessary).

What do we expect from you? 

• English language level at the Upper Intermediate level.
• Basic knowledge of photo manipulation techniques (preferred).
• Ability to search and process information, obtained from the Internet.
• Time management.
• Attention to details.
• Responsible decision-making.

What are the selection stages?

• 1st stage: communication with the recruiter.
• 2nd stage: interview.
• 3rd stage: job offer!

The trial period for this position is 1 month, during which we will get used to and work together.
