Unlike existing dining reservation systems, Dorsia leverages a unique supply and demand pricing model to offer hard-to-book reservations for a guaranteed minimum spend. For restaurants, we optimize revenue by providing a reliable customer base, reducing no-shows and cancellations, and unlocking access to actionable diner insights and marketing support. For our members, we remove the hassle & frustration of securing that perfect reservation.In this role, you will:Design graphic assets for social media, print, digital marketing, and in-app promotions in collaboration with Dorsia creative and marketing teamsDesign sales and partnership assets, including one-pagers and presentations, in collaboration with Dorsia business development teamsWork closely with the creative and design team to create and manage existing templates for assetsAssist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos and animations to engage and educate Dorsia members and partnersSupport senior designers to develop, hone, and adhere to the Dorsia design system and visual brand guidelinesWork with the creative team to generate campaign ideas for various Dorsia events, membership initiatives, and marketing activationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work meets business objectives and brand guidelinesParticipate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction and feedback to other team membersBe prepared to rapidly iterate with internal stakeholders on creative assetsWhat we're looking for: Experience in graphic design, motion design, digital art, or a related fieldStrong visual design skills and taste for contentStrong plus for experience with motion design, animation, video editing, and photographyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlinesProven experience developing and implementing creative strategies and protocolsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design toolsKnowledge of social media platforms and their best practicesExperience with content management systems and/or digital asset management systemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in art, design, or a related fieldMust be able to work from Miami in a full time capacity (40 hours/week)Experience working in fast-paced and iterative environmentsPortfolio of work demonstrating experience in graphic design and motion graphics for diverse channelsWork Location:This role is located fully onsite Miami office.Our Core ValuesLead with hospitality.
