Headway products help develop 100+ million people in the world through concise formats of educational content: samaras, courses, games, infographics.

We are currently looking for a Freelance 2D Illustrator to join our team remotely on a project basis.

About the product:

AddMile is a personal and professional development coaching platform that helps people improve various areas of life: get from crisis situations, cope with burnout, self-sabotage, increase productivity, set goals and make an action plan. The web version of the product is available to users from more than 130 countries.

What will need to be done:

• Develop a main character for our platform, making sure it aligns with our brand identity and resonates well with our target audience ;
• Create a visual system based on the mentioned character for different visual messages;
• Create illustrations for micro-educational storytelling courses based on several characters (according to the TOR);
• Work together with the design and marketing teams to ensure that illustrations meet project requirements and brand guidelines;
• Review and improve illustrations based on team feedback;
• Participate in the creation of the visual language of the brand and advise on visual consistency;
• Develop creative ideas and concepts.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have a basic understanding of UX/UI principles;
• You have knowledge of the principles of 2D animation;
• You have an up-to-date portfolio;
• You can work remotely and meet established deadlines;
• You know how to work with different styles;
• You know how to work with tools: Adobe Illustrator; Figma; After Effects.
