We are looking for a SUPER Intern for the HTH Recruitment team, who will be responsible for searching for candidates as well as administrative and marketing activities!

Your duties will include :

• active search for the best candidates for selected recruitment projects,
• opportunity to participate in recruitment meetings between an experienced HTH Consultant and the candidate,
• administrative and marketing activities,
• development and taking care of the image of HTH Recruitment,
• pro-active attitude related to the development of the HTH Recruitment business and all initiatives related to the development and expansion of the company,
• any additional activities requested by caregivers,

What we expect:

• Willingness to undergo a three-month, FREE, internship,
• Availability of min. 12-24 hours per week in an office in the center of Warsaw,
• great willingness to develop in the area of ​​recruitment,
• at least basic knowledge tools, i.e.: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word,
• knowledge of social networking sites, i.e.: LinkedIn, Facebook,
• English - minimum B1-B2, < /li>
• great sharpness, precision and meticulousness in entrusted duties,
• the attitude of a Conqueror! - Hunger for Success, openness and strong determination to learn and professional development,
• sense of humor! - don't even send your CV without it ;)
• creative attitude in terms of: promotion advertisements, company development, acquiring candidates and clients,

Welcome:

• first experience professional (administrative area / telephone customer service) - will be a big advantage,
• knowledge of the SSC/BPO or IT sector - will be a big advantage,
